After you have chosen a model and decided on a complete set, the specification which you approve is made. Then an international contract is concluded (if you are outside Ukraine), according to which you pay an advance payment in the amount of 50% of the contract amount. If you are in Ukraine, an advance payment can be made in any way convenient for you: in cash, to a Privat Bank card or to a current account.
For customers of Ukraine, prices on the website boathouse.ua are converted into hryvnias at the exchange rate at the time of purchase. Moreover, when paying an advance, the exchange rate is fixed in hryvnias, and payment of the remaining part does not depend on fluctuations in the exchange rate. Buyers of Ukraine can pay the remaining 50% of the order amount upon receipt of the goods by cash on delivery.
For all foreign customers other rules. After paying 50% of the order under the contract in dollars or euros to the bank account of Boathouse, the order goes into production. After completing the order, photographs are taken and sent to the customer, after which the customer pays the remaining 50% of the contract amount.
For customers of the CIS countries, the same prices apply as in Ukraine. But additional customs costs and shipping, which is about 10% of the order amount.
For customers in Europe, prices do not include customs costs and targeted delivery to the customer.
Delivery on the territory of Ukraine is carried out by New Mail to the settlement specified by the customer. Targeted delivery is possible, which is negotiated separately.
Delivery to the CIS countries is carried out by the carrier, optimum in price, to the customer's city.
Targeted delivery of goods to a customer from Europe is carried out by a transport company selected by Boathouse.
